Josh is the best, he goes above and beyond for his customers . kind and patient he goes over every detail. He went the extra mile Josh reviewed my policy that I have had for 8 years check if I could get a better quote and he did indeed find me a way better policy, saved me 150 a month I would recommend him twice Josh definitely is a gem !!!!! He deserves all the recognition very polite, super professional even did a courtesy call back to make sure I understood my policy all the changes and I was good and didn’t need anything else. You don’t find employees like that. You better hold onto him tight he is an amazing employee!

Listen, I don’t write reviews but Josh at Sarasota FL location is Top Class, no cap , no joke he is the best. His professionalism and dedication to helping others is next level . I wish you could be clone . It’s people like you that makes delays and hassle a breeze. You got my uncle up and running and when all other people were uptight and unprofessional. The customer service I received from Cody was exceptional, thorough and outstanding. He was patient and understanding with all the questions I had. I highly recommend Josh Soto at free way insurance in Sarasota, his costumer service is outstanding. When I wanna be stress free I just hit up Josh, he makes everything so much easier! His patience is immaculate I don’t see how he does it. He helps even when his not at work he’s still always down to help with anything!

Josh Soto is an absolutely incredible customer service representative and insurance agent. By our conversation, I can tell that he takes great care of each one of his customers and is always looking out for their best interest. Josh is very competent, kind, thorough, and professional. The customer service was phenomenal. Josh saved me almost $200 a month with his knowledge and expertise. Literally you NEED to call freeway and ask for Josh or else you're going to over pay for your insurance policy. Very helpful and caring, he was able to set up new insurance for both me and my girlfriend all over the phone. He definitely knows his stuff and wants to help get people the best policy possible. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, or anyone looking for insurance. And will most certainly return in the future!!!! Would give 6 stars if possible, the man deserves a raise.
